At Quantum Omega we have taken a close look at various project management methodologies and enhanced it with ways to make it more cost efficient and responsive while still complying to its core design. We call this method: “The Advanced Sure Step Methodology by Quantum Omega”.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Our methodology combines the benefits of Microsoft Sure Step and FastTrack implementation methodologies to consistently, throughout the “Implement” phase align requirements with expectations, which could be quite different. The secret lies in our Data Migration, Workshops and Training framework; which form the backbone of our Implementation method.
